Project Overview
ProCut carried out extensive concrete cutting, scanning and core drilling within a historic St Andrew’s College building, supporting foundation and internal works throughout the structure.
The heritage nature of the building required a careful, methodical approach. Scanning was used to confirm reinforcement and hidden services before drilling or cutting, helping the wider project team protect existing building fabric while progressing structural works.
Scope of Work
- Concrete scanning before intrusive works
- Core drilling through foundation areas
- Precision concrete cutting for internal works
- Staged work planning around sensitive existing building elements
Outcome
The works were completed with the accuracy and control required for a historic building environment, enabling foundation and internal upgrades to proceed while reducing risk to existing structure and services.
